Second this. I called DoDMERB before I had mine removed, and they said the same thing. I had an LOA at the time, but not an appointment.

I recieved a nomination from Sen. Feinstein and my local congresswoman. Appointments to USAFA and USNA. Both apps done in October-ish.

If I may ask, how long did it take to receive the BFE after the last requirement is completed?
