I got that scholarship along with an ROTC one. It is paying the room and board for me right now.

I went, most will get some sort of partial scholarship at least. Just know your essay, speak up but listen to the ideas of others in your discussion group.

I got that letter and didn't get into the honors program. My GPA was too low I think. They only accept about 25 to 30 knobs into the program I believe. I think I had around 40 and I went in November. I am pretty sure I was told most people receive at least a partial scholarship.

My brother went to mountain warfare school and said it was a blast. He's enlisted in the vt guard though, so that is how he was able to attend. You will learn lots of knots, do a lot of land nav and rucking, and rappelling.

According to collegeboard, 150 students were wait listed last year, and 15 were accepted from that list.

If your status didn't change to winner then no, but don't be discouraged! There is still one more board left! There are numerous people who have gotten scholarships on the last board.
