Two weeks ago, I was told that District 1 (New England) is a week behind due to the weather. Should hear by early April the results and averages sooner. Has anyone heard averages yet?

Did the Captain say how many applicants out of his station received the scholarship?

Last week, my area received averages but neither my friend or I has heard anything else. Will they tell us if we did not receive the scholarship?

How can I increase my scores? This is something I've been struggling with dramatically. It's hard to find time to take a class. I'm smart but only because I study all the time.
