NWL
My son got a letter yesterday stating he's fully qualified and is on the NWL.
He has a Presidential nom and a MOC nom. His AFJROTC unit has turned him for a ROTC nom, still not on his profile though.
Question is, since he's on the NWL, does this mean he did not get appointed via the...
My son got a 4-year scholarship on the first round.
The site was down for the whole period surrounding the offers going out...I guess that's so you find out from the letter or a school.
We found out first from one of the battalions at a school on his list of 7 choices. The Scholarship...

One Senator said not to put the info in anything...OK got that one.
The other Senator and Congressman said nothing about it in their info packets.
Thanks!
If you are applying to more than one SA, do you need to send a separate letter for each academy to the VP's office, or can you just send the one with the order in which you ranked your preferences for the SAs?
Couple more questions:
- Does West Point look at the ACT Science and Reading scores, or just the Math and English?
- What if you had a 550 CR in the SAT and a 28 English in the ACT, and a 620 Math in the SAT and 26 Math in the ACT...would they take the 28 ACT and the 620 Math as the best...
