I think flat feet might actually be a medical red flag. It's popped up in conversations before, and I've heard that it could be a medical disqualification. I don't want to freak you out though, so know that I'm not 100% sure.

if it's what you truly want, do it. an extra year is really nothing in the big scheme of things! I applied last year, got waitlisted, and eventually rejected =( but i reapplied this year and ta-da! appointed!

I'm not sure about the "GPA cutoff", but as far as your CFA goes, I would definitely not aim to just get by with the minimums, especially if the other aspects of your file aren't great. Trust me, I've been there and done that with trying to figure out minimums as a sort of safety guide...but...

Upon entering beast, which hair length is preferred? is it easier to cut it short, or keep it long? also...are we allowed to wear jewelery? :redface: not during beast, but for the academic year.

are plebes ever allowed to wear civilian clothing like on weekends and stuff? should i bother packing civilian clothes?
