But if this helps at all, the LT advisor can help point to the section of the ROD that governs professional review boards and. Leave of absence.
Assuming that the infraction was not directly related to performance academically or related to NROTC, there may not be a need to pay back the previous semester. But as mentioned above, a lot more information would be needed, and the CO has very broad discretion as to what the final outcome is.
