I applied for the AROTC 4 year scholarship and was wondering if you're already boarded can you still upload ACT results to the application?

You can always upload new documents, but it does say that your file will only be boarded once. However, the sat/act might be a set scale to points ratio, so they might not need to be reviewed, and as such they would just be reflected on your new whole person score...

I think someone has the answer to this. The PMS at my schools of intent all told me that I could make changes up until february and they would go into my consideration. Just a note, after sending cadet comand my november sat scores, it did show up on the system in early january. (I was boarded in october) I initially just sent a screenshot of my scores, but then sent a proper file.

From my experience yes, but I may just be misunderstanding part lf the system.

I just sent them a screen shot my new scores in like November, and a lady from Cadet Command said my scores were updated and that it could move me up the OML.

When you update those scores after you have been interviewed and boarded they will only "move the needle" a little bit.

They won't change the score you got from your interview because you won't undergo another interview and they won't change your board scores because a board is only going to look at your file once. They will change the score your application gets for your test score.

Here's a blog post that explains that score a little more:

hope it helps.

So then updating your test scores after being boarded doesn't really help your chances for a scholarship?

Every bit always helps no matter what; you very well could be right at the cusp of being selected for the scholarship or not, and even just a point could help

I would hope so since my score went from a 25 to 28 super score after uploading three ACT tests.

Did you click on the link and read the blog post about the whole person score I put in my last comment?
Did you see that the SAT/ACT scores are 250 points out of 1400 points. You can move up the OML a little, but posting improved scores will only effect this one area of the WPS.

I did I actually read that a while ago, and it's one of the things that made me regret submitting my application in october before I got my 1330 (I realized I shot myself in the metaphorical foot about mid december). I always wondered how much they weighed your sat scores into the board score... I assumed that the ltc's didn't look at it because it was in your other areas, so the only place it would affect you is in your sat bracket. Be that as it may, I'm aware that they have relatively little information to base their decisions off of. So they would have to use your sat to base your "s" of your sal score.

I also just want to thank you guys for maintaining that page! You're really the only helpful source (other that saf) for rotc applicants. You were definitely my leading source of guidance in filling out my application. I can't thank you enough. I just love that you guys put sk much effort into maintaining an up-to date and useful page. I definitely want to encorporate some of your principles into whatever batalion I join. (I especially appreciated the physical fitness test videos. There was quite a bit of ambiguity in every other video I saw, so watching that cadet go through the process while you described it was a blessing.)

glad it helps...I'd thank the other "guys", but it's really only me, other than tasking my CULPers to write me a report each summer.
Good luck on the rest of the process.
