Greetings from sunny Arizona!

I have a DS who is a current 2nd class cadet on AROTC scholarship at VMI.

I have a 2nd DS who is waiting to hear from the USNA, app is complete, received nomination from Sen Flake; portal reads "Pending review" I think. 2nd DS is also waiting to hear about plan B- NROTC Marine Option scholarship to VMI, he was accepted to VMI in November.

What a great wealth of info on these forums!
 
What part of Arizona are you from? We lived in Williams (near Flagstaff) from 2005 to 2011. While everyone else is adjusting to the time change, you'll have no worries.

Hi @Militarydad! AZ here, too. Moved from Scottsdale to San Tan Valley last year. Son is a plebe at USMA and rooming with another cadet from Chapparal. There is a large AZ contingent at USMA.
