We've ALWAYS claimed our cadet during their 4/c year since our kids were in high school until the end of June (our state graduates kids as late as the 28-30th) and we paid an entrance fee as well a bought all the "stuff" for RDay. If you are anything like us I'm sure you are still contributing to them since $150/month doesn't go very far.
After 4/c year they are on their own.
