I may have mentioned this before but, University of Cincinnati expanded their AROTC program by 40% this past year. They were my number 4 choice and I still got a 4 yr scholarship. My grades are nothing to brag about (3.5 GPA and 26 ACT). I know grades aren't everything, but I hope this helps...
