Okay I am really confused. My DS never received a packet in the mail to register for DODMET. So does that mean he was never in the running?

My son's Marine recuiter stated today that if he does not get the scholarship, he could sign up for PLC and it will pay 100% of his tuition. Having said that, his recruiter has been wrong on many other things. Can someone explain PLC to me and what it covers via tuition?

More news We were told that there are no more out-of-state scholarships. The Feb boards would only consider in-state. Therefore, some recipients may be offered in-state scholarships to schools that were not even on their list.
