If your not on scholarship when do you receive all of your gear?

I understand where you coming from also, but they teach you those skills. You are not expected to know how to do coordinates when you join the Army. Just saying.

No one really knows. Some people are claiming that all of the scholarships have been given out, others say they are not done. I would wait from an official post from Clarkson or Marist before you give up hope.
