I got a TWE last year. And everything is complete now for a month or so. My college schedule is as follows... Calculus 1 Chemistry 1 American Government College Compostion Military Science and Leadership Totaling to 18 credit hours. I play ice hockey competitively (7 days a week)...

I was rejected this past year so I am re applying! My college schedule is formulated off of a Chemical Engineering Major composing of 17 credits. Do these classes seem alright for admission for the Class of 16. I am in a program for Chemical Engineering so I am not sure if I can change up...

If you are a foundation student, does that mean you are automatically in? What GPA do you have to hold?

How does the admissions board go about offering you a foundation offer? And why is it considered that a 3Q'd candidate cannot be offered a foundation technically and a kid that is less qualified gets offered the foundation? Are foundations only offered for recruited athletes too! Thanks :shake:

I keep reading on hear people finding out they are appointed before they actually get the BFE. How is that possible?

I am sure they do (not positive) but you can get a spot at NAPs without a nomination also

Well I think the main reason I haven't heard yet is I need a medical waiver that I am sure will be granted, and I am also a recruited athlete.

My congressmen handed out 15 nominations to the Academy this year. Does that me he has more slates then usual or does he still only have one spot for the academy?

Well I know for a fact that no one in my district has been appointed because I spoke to my congressmen and that is what he told me. I was more competitive then they were (not trying to sound cocky), but since they found out this past week shouldn't I find out next week?

Hello everyone, I know several people applying to USNA, and a few of them got a TWE the other day, and I have still yet to hear. Does this mean that I have a better chance of getting in?
