My son is in 8th grade and interested in Navy ROTC. I'm a 88 USNA grad who knows little about the ROTC process. My son is a good student and a good athlete but not great. We live in Northern VA and from what I've heard UVA is out of the question and even Va Tech is a stretch with a 3.8. So...
