Unless I am mistaken, psych isn't a science course, and is mandatory for west point's ciriculum. I would suggest the math option since it will better prepare you for the academy's math and science program. Always better to be a step ahead rather than a step behind.

I am almost certain that there are only two forms due prior to July 1st. The Vision form is due by May 22nd and the Immunization form is due by April 15th. Unless I am mistaken, the rest are due July 1st. Don't procrastinate too much though!
