That said, not everyone at West Point is a math/science wiz. If you have something to give to USMA, whether that be your calculus skills or your strong writing abilities, that's great.

If you are a member of a gym, use a pull-up machine. Start with 30 pounds of support; do however many reps you can. Gradually decrease the weight until you do not need any. This is the reason I was able to do pullups on the CFA.
