I e-mailed the security office, the dual citizenship issue would be taken care of on R-Day. Candidates with dual citizenship will sign an affidavit that will denounce their second citizenship and a security assistant will contact us during the year to take care of it.

Quick update on my issue: I contacted admissions today; my dual citizenship must be revoked by R-Day. I've called the Canadian consulate in my area, and the lady I reached is going to talk to her superiors about my issue. Hopefully everything works out!

Thanks! I sent in a copy of my naturalization certificate to admissions over the summer. I believe what I have to do now is get a notarized copy of my Canadian birth certificate and then find a way of renouncing my dual citizenship, such as getting a notarized letter of intent as 845something...
