Approx how many nominations can each MOC give out? I know each MOC receives over 100 applications, but how many people can they actually give a nomination?

I understand that relatively few LOA's are sent out, but is it possible to receive an LOA before granted a Nom? Also, I just had one of my MOC interviews with the others already schedules for later this month. How long is typical when it come to hearing whether or not you received a nom?
