I just checked my NROTC MO status. It changed from the usual "....at the Marine Corps district for board selection..." to this entire page of my application information. It primarily stated that "...no decision has been made." 1) Has anybody else's status changed? 2) TO SCHOLARSHIP...

I've accepted long ago that I won't. My GPA (3.3) and PT score (110) is what killed me in any chance but even if that brings me down to 1% chance of getting it, it's better than 0% in not applying :thumb: But I have back up plans in place!

I know right? And I met with him too, downtown. He must cover this part of Texas hehe. Other applicants in other states have recieved the call so hopefully Texas is next.

Great attitude. I am not expecting receipt of this scholarship, but I am very prepared to pursue the commission and honor in other ways.

It is Thursday! It is also nearing the end of the timeframe window that my OSO gave me of when results could be released. It's really great to know that OSO's have them. Here's hoping for notification before the weekend!

I was told by my OSO on Monday that the results are done and at a base, but haven't been released to them yet. He said that it can be any day now that he'll get the email, but he estimated within the next two weeks that they'll be released. Good luck!

"You will be hearing soon about the scholarship selections." - an MOI Just received those great words in an email last night from an NROTC Marine Officer Instructor. Let's keep patient!

Saniel, this is for the NROTC Marine Option Scholarship, in which the February (and last) board has been held. The dates you gave apply to the ARMY ROTC Scholarship, in which the board will be in the beginning of March and the cutoff date for info is 28 Feb.

I'm anxiously waiting on notification as well. We should be finding out soon. I'm hoping for this week!
