According to our posts, we're not (technically) out of the running yet. My TWE is 99% surely in the mail and coming tomorrow or wednesday, but we can still pretend that we have a chance.

Haha, that's what I keep telling myself to try and ease the pain (and my TWE hasn't even come yet :p)... But truth is, when it comes down to it, I'd really prefer the tear gas if it meant I was appointed! What a concept! :yllol:

You're right, that part did come out wrong. I meant to say that the fact that even the Appointee herself didn't believe she was qualified made me uneasy about the process. Nothing about her qualifications or her person as a whole.

That may be true, which actually does upset me, but that is beside the point :P. The point is, tons of people just got TWE's and I am not as qulified as them, so it looks like a sad day in my house. Thank you, though, for sharing that you don't deserve your appointment.

Congratulations! Did your counselor say when said "outpouring" would be? Are the admissions counselors calling all appointees right now?

Just wondering, what do you mean full ride? I also received a type 7 and I thought that it only covered $18k. Or are you talking about in state schools?

It's really easy for you to recommend that people prepare for Plan B after you've already been appointed. You just aren't in a position to tell people how to feel/act about the waiting that you don't have to do.

Yeah cool team! All joking aside, though, I still had a question about MOCs. I know that my MOC does in fact notify people, so if your schedule holds true, when would the MOCs that notify people do so?

True, but this week was really the last week where it would be within an acceptable time limit. Halfway through April is RIDICULOUS! Like, I was anxious before, but still ok with it because it says first week of April on the admissions page. But now it's just not fair. I CAN start plan B or C...
