    Hello fellow USNA candidates, I received my letter of official candidacy but now when i try to get into the portal it will not let me in. I got past the initial login but when i typed in my first and last name, last 4 digits of SSN, and the candidate number, it kept saying "no records...

    Candidate Information System (CIS)

    I got my letter today. I went to login and typed in the inital login which worked. Then, i typed in my name, ssn, and candidate number and said "no records returned." It's frustrating.
