Hey everyone. I'm currently an NROTC 4/C Midshipman and my first stipend came through but it says the amount's $108.33 not $125. Does anyone know why this is? I was under tge impression that the stipend was tax free. Is this not the case anymore? Thanks for any insight you may have.
