I read that the third and final Army ROTC scholarship board was today. If true, how long does it take for the status portal to be updated if awarded?

Still waiting on a 2017 admission decision and hopeful. I was wondering if having more than one nomination was at all helpful at this point. I have two and they are both competitive. Guessing its not, but just wanted to check.

Do all applicants that have interviewed with a MOC receive a letter stating whether they did or did not receive a nomination or only those receiving them?

I have 5 schools on my list for ROTC, but have found it more difficult to get an appointment at my top school. How important is it to interview at your #1 school? I know they say you can interview anywhere, but i've also heard it might make a difference to go directly to your first choice.
