When the cadets arrive for RI - do they receive a complete physical with blood work, eye exam, etc? My son will be just shy of a yearly physical and I am wondering if I should schedule one for him.

My son has received a conditional appointment. He was EA1. He did receive a phone call prior to receiving the official notice in the mail.

DS - is not a recruited athlete. 3 yr. starting varsity football player/track and field. Strong student. Top 2% of his graduating class of 468. Application was completed July 4. Nomination received in December.

My son has applied to USAFA, USNA, USMA, USCGA in addition to NROTC and AFROTC. His DoDMERB status for USAFA, USNA, and USMA has progressed from DQ'd to Waiver granted. (He has yet to receive a nomination. Our district is late - Mid January for Congressional. No word yet from Senatorial.)...
