Yah they gave me a continuance without a finding, so it's no conviction on anything it's just an open case for a year then it closed but there's no guilty conviction or innocent finding, and I'm in the Kandahar province currently.

Alright so I'm already an enlisted soldier currently serving in Afghanistan, and I'm applying to West Point. I was wondering does a DUI on your record make it impossible to be accepted? I never recieved a guilty conviction so it doesnt show up on my record just that I was arrested.
