Is the "Blue Chip" dinner in North Texas? My son was invited as well. FYI. My son received the invite on Thursday and the following Saturday a B.F.E arrived. Does your son have a nomination in place?

My DS received letter for "Blue Chip dinner" as well. Two days later he received a B.F.E. I would say there is a strong correlation with candidates attending the dinner and receiving an appointment. In 2016 52 candidates attended the dinner, 48 offers made, and 39 accepted.
