The moment I submit my application to NASS, is it possible to alter anything after that will hopefully put me in a better position over other candidates? Such as if I get a higher SAT score or I begin actively participating/volunteering at soup kitchens and the like.

When I graduate from high school in 2014, I will be 17. But that leads me to wonder whether or not I am eligible to attend the 9-day session they have for juniors at the Academy.
