My vision is exactly -8.00 in both eyes. I took a look at the disqualifiers: https://dodmerb.tricare.osd.mil/docs/Disqual.asp and it said that you can have up to -8.00. I have heard that waivers get rarer as you approach the 8.00 line. How rare are we talking about? So my question is...
