How does CGA notify applicants of their status? email? Snail mail?

DS visited CGA in early November and interviewed while he was there. When we view his application checklist, it doesn't show that he interviewed. Does the interview help at all? Just wondering if there is something he should do.

DS was DQed for vision back in July. Has nominations to USNA and USMMA and a LOA so far to USMMA. USMMA requested a waiver for DS in December and said we should hear the results in mid to late January. This waiting game is nail biting...nerve wrecking....torturous.

What exactly does "Pending Waiver Submission/Review" mean? Is this automatic or is this something the academies request?
