Good Luck-it sounds like the Dec 3 date is the date of your Appointment to USCGA(Just speculating!). WE received the Priority mailer Sat Dec 6. Hope yours comes tomorrow! If not, then call them and tell them to send you another one, 'cause the first one is lost in the mail:thumb:

Hi Maui1, My sons status under USNA has a SubAgency Heading that reads NALOA, dated Oct 14. I believe that is around the time of the LOA from USNA. Does your son's USMA heading have a subagency space with the date of his LOA? Thanks

I just checked DODMERB site, and there is a change in his Admission Status Change Date: to Dec 3-the day of the Appointment. So, Maui is correct; a change is reported to DODMERB on the day of Appointment
