Does anyone know when are LOAs sent for international candidates?I think i read somewhere that international applications are dealt with at the very end of the process (mid April to early May). If someone knows for sure please respond.

So i downloaded the dodmerb 2492 form to see what it will look like. As i mentioned in previous thread i have a condition called alopecia areata. In the form i couldn't find anything related to it except number 59.(Skin conditions such as acne,psoriasis,hand or foot rashes,eczema,or dry skin)...

Is there any? I googled a lot but had no luck.I only found some basic info on usna website.
