I was not a recruited athlete and I received a LOA on Nov. 14(only two weeks after I submitted my finial application). My GPA is 4.1, and my ACT is 33. I think it's a case by case decision.

I'm checking my portal almost every hour... 5 more days...

It took my congressional nomination about two weeks to show up on my portal. My BFE arrived about a week after my nomination showed up. (I had an LOA as well)

Has anyone received a rejection/nomination letter from Senator Portman? I have not heard anything from him yet.

People have been receiving calls with LOAs and Appointments for a couple months now. There have also been people who have been deferred... so I guess all we can do now is keep checking our portals and keeping our fingers crossed!
