I'll be starting AFROTC in the fall and I was wondering, since my PFA was my weakest point, what I should focus on. I'm already running every day, but I wasn't sure if I should work on calisthenics and push ups and sit ups or put my attention to cardio and free weight? Any input or suggestions?
