I will be attending the March CVW and received notification of my acceptance for summer seminar today! Exciting day, to say the least :)

Just to clarify, I am aware there are three sessions available. I have a family wedding that will be taking place in June that interferes with two NASS sessions. Therefore, I will be forced to decide between the two. Thank you for all the insight.

I've applied for Girls State and if everything works out I'll be attending USAFASS and a volleyball camp the weeks following! :)

I plan on skipping the jeans. I feel it's far better to be overdressed than underdressed. Especially since CVW will be my formal first impression! Every bit counts.

I understand how competitive the application process is; I was just curious as to whether one or the other would weigh more heavily and/or place a more significant impact on my application. Right now I'm leaning towards Girls State. Others seem to have nothing but good remarks regarding the program!

I will be attending CVW at USNA in March! What would you recommend a girl wear? (An Arizona girl not used to the cold weather, none the less.) Also, is bringing cookies for my host midshipman a good idea? Thanks!

Unfortunately the dates for summer seminar and girls state do overlap! I'm having a hard time deciding between the two. I think NASS would better suit my interests where girls state would be more oriented for strengthening my application.
