Well, your SAT combo score is above the average for the Class of 2017. As a result, assuming the other components of your application are above average as well, I don't see any impediment on your way to getting an appointment offer. It's odd though that you were placed on hold.

What do your standardized test scores look like?

There's a Facebook group named "USMMA Class of 2018" which actually includes 43 members. I suspect this group consists of already admitted students. Have you been offered an appointment yet?
