A whole bunch of ROTC scholarships will be declined in the coming weeks as kids finalize "I'm going to a S. Academy, not doing ROTC" or having to pick just 1 of the 2 or 3 ROTC scholarships they were awarded. All is not lost. Keep the faith and as others said, worst case start in Fall '15...
