Take an extra bag for your wet clothes I've heard you may want to take a couple of bags or big zip lock so you don't have to throw away the clothes you wear for Sea Trials (very physical obstacle course type events). Otherwise you'll end up with very smelly moldy suitcase going home...we moms...
