Current 4C here: You'll never know when you find out. I know of someone getting theirs in September and all she had to do was get the nomination. I got mine on March 17th, 2016 which was the day I visited Navy. Just hope the ride is smooth. Good luck.

Yeah that was my case. I failed my CFA because my mile time was a bit too slow (I went all out on other events and slowed down on the mile). I laughed it off and reduced the time by about 30 seconds two weeks later.

Mine took 20 days to process. I got insanely lucky though, because the brigade that my unit is in is getting inspected next year. The brigade approved my nomination! It takes a while to show up.

I did pretty well in several events but ran an 8:11 mile (I retook it about two weeks later and got a 7:47 with similar stats). 1300 CR+M, tons of leadership that is completely niche, and extra academics. Also languages went into play (Arabic). I'm still waiting. Good luck, you seem strong!
