To the Candidates of the Class 2013 who have accepted an appointment to the United States Naval Academy, has anyone received a "Permit to Report Package" from Candidate Guidance yet? My son sent in his acceptance back in February....I thought he would have received it by mid April....

My son received a call from his congressman's office on Thursday, January 29, 2009 saying that he was accepted into the Naval Academy. I have never heard my son so happy! He was told that his appointment packet would be mailed on Thursday, February 5, 2009. Still anxiously waiting for that...
