If an academy sends you a letter saying that they didn't grant you a waiver, is that the end? They put their foot down and you're done? Or is there sometimes something you can do to help them get you a waiver?

DQ'd for myopia because my right eye is over by 0.37 USNA won't waiver me, so the LOA probably didn't help I will call on Monday to find out more about what happened, but is a waiver still possible after they denied me one? Would USMA give me a waiver if USNA didn't? Thanks in advance
