Sports is an easy fix. Go join a intramural sport club TODAY. It can be frisbee club or anything. Strengthen the sports section.

ROTC is a job. Treat it that way. Don't sh*t where you eat. Probably the one most important piece of advice I would give.

I heard spots are normally not announced until December to January. A cadet from my unit who did culp last year said he didn't find out until Jan 10.

When I applied the ROO/PMS I spoke with told me it would help the score overall. The problem is it doesn't effect the board portion or interview portion of scoring. I was told however, that it will change the overall earned point value.
