Mine just changed yesterday from LOA and nom to an official offer of appointment.

Nominations were finally released by my local rep. Received nom to USAFA and USNA. Now I just have to wait for Navy's BFE and see what USAFA has to say. Now I can breathe a little easier and try to enjoy my senior year!

I did actually hear from them but they just wanted me to get in my SAT and ACT scores, which I sent in only this week.

they requested my official scores be sent from testing agencies, that's it.

I haven't heard much either except that my congressman will have his interviews January 9 on the Los Alamitos JFTB.

If your doctor hasn't diagnosed you, as far as Dodmerb is concerned, you don't have it. Like you said, it might be the altitude and dryness. It's a killer. You need over a week to just acclimate to high altitudes. If it's a problem when you get back home, then maybe see a doctor.

Don't worry about it too much. The process itself weeds kids out. I know that for USAFA that usually only 2000 candidates are actually qualified (medical physical academic), let along competitive.
