    Transportation to College for Army ROTC

    I read somewhere that Navy ROTC pays the cost of transporting student to the school where he is attending from his home. Is the same true for Army ROTC? ie...Would they pay to fly him from the East coast to Hawaii if he gets offered a scholarship there?
