I received my rejection email; however, Don't Give Up The Ship! So for next year, will I apply for a nomination from my current representative, or the one over the district that Texas A&M is in?

I took the SAT and ACT already, and did drastically different. SAT I posted a 570 CR and 640 Math. ACT I received a 33 English and 32 math. I know my ACT is great but would my mediocre at best SAT scores dq me or would they simply disregard that and solely look at my ACT?
