From how I have heard it is not the PERSON in office that can have 5 people in the Academy, it is the district. Therefore he is taking over the slots that are already there and the slates that are already submitted.

Sometimes mine will say "no record returned". If that is the case I just close the tab and try again. That has always worked for me.

I am still able to log into mine.

This really isn't an answer to your question more of a candidate-to-candidate thing. Don't give up now. You have come so ridiculously far and the wait sucks, it sucks for all of us. Just hold it out and have a solid plan B. That's what I am doing. Stay strong dude.

I sent mine now and your guidance councilor SHOULD send the first semester senior year to any colleges you alert them you are applying to. I would send what you have now because some MOC will not interview unless your app is 100% done.
