@BAMA ROTC Thank you. My DS has plan B, C and D lined up but waiting is not just fun. After May 1, plan D will be out. :-( I am stuck in the business trip and can't get out of the lab and my son is in school to call the Cadet Command.

My DS needs to request to transfer. :-( There are two forms NSTC 153-140 (Placement Change) and NSTC 153-142 (Placement Wait List). Can you help us which one my DS has to turn in? Thank you for your help in advance.

Just checked and found that DS's status has been changed from "Board Ready" to "Boarded". "Board Ready" since Dec. It looks like they are working on it. Will wait until the board is over as clarksonarmy said. Best of luck to you all applicants and of course their parents too.
