The way I understand it, "thanks but no thanks" emails denying direct appointments come first, and then prep school and falcon foundation scholarships follow over the subsequent weeks.

That's curious, as the TWEs seem to keep trickling out. I just wish all the notifications would come out, good or bad.

So far as I can tell, it doesn’t appear that anyone in a Candidate/Complete status has received a TWE yet? On the USNA side, the equivalent is “Complete Pending Review,” but TWEs have been rolling out for some time.

Would an individual have been notified that they were waitlisted, or is this all taking place behind the scenes? Also, is it likely that most NAPS offers have gone out already?

Still CPR here, and not sure if anyone would know the answer to this, but regarding the TWE e-mail/portal update and a possible prep school offer: will the offer be contained in the TWE notification, or is it more a matter of receiving the TWE notification and then receiving the prep school...

I'm also curious if what we're seeing here is the majority of the slates being offered appts, with those from the NWL still to be made along with prep school offers.

If the soccer coach offered you a spot (how did they do that, exactly?), I would think it’s nearly the same as receiving a LOA, in that you should get an appointment as long as you have a nomination and are 3Q’d. Maybe the soccer coach receives a certain allotment of recruits, he has a word...

Your chances definitely improve markedly when you become Triple Q'd with a nomination.
