Does anyone have any suggestions about how I should write a cover letter that I will be sending with my resume to my congressman? I just want some input on what to include in it and how to format it. Thank you!

On the PCQ, there is a place to input SAT score. If we do not meet, or are barely meeting the minimum SAT requirements, do we just put our highest scores and submit the PCQ or should we wait until we get improved scores back? Thank you!
