    I'm in the same boat as your daughter, Texas is just super competitive so a&m is my backup for a year until I try reapplying to test my luck! Still plenty of awesome schools to chose from for her!

    Posted this in another thread but this is directly from my admissions counselor to all this waiting. "Appointments are being offered from now to May. Non-select letters go out in April. I have no definite dates when all notifications will be sent."
