    Update: The Office of PA-2 will be collecting applications, possibly reviewing them, and handing them to whoever comes into office after the November 8th Special Elections. That person WILL give out nominations before 31 January 2017. This also most likely applies to candidates in Hawaii...

    Some more information... University of Pennsylvania runs the program. I get 3 credit hours for the course. I also get a Penn transcript. However, it is only done in the summer, so can I list it in my Candidate Personal Data Record "Schools Attended" page.
